If you'd like to submit complaints and compliments, change your status (new address, family member, employment), or have questions about your benefits or a billing, contact Group Health Customer Service at 1-888-901-4636 or go online. Customer Service is available by phone Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.– 5 p.m.
