• All Federal employees, retirees, military and dependents eligible; Group Health Cooperative membership NOT REQUIRED.
• Must purchase a complete pair of eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses (frames & lenses).
• Not valid on Maui Jim, previous orders or in combination with other discounts.
• Eye exams, fitting and evaluation fees are not included.
