Our Eyeglass WarrantyGroup Health Eye Care uses the finest lens materials and purchases our frames from the most highly regarded companies in the optical industry. We are happy to stand behind our products with a warranty that helps you protect your eyeglass investment. One-year replacement warrantyGroup Health warrants your new frame and/or lenses for defects, breakage, product failure and scratches affecting vision for one year from the original date of delivery. Months 1-6: Damaged glasses replaced at no charge. Months 7-12: Damaged glasses replaced at 50% of their current retail price. Frame and lenses will be replaced by the same or equivalent product. This warranty may only be used one time during the 12-month warranty period. It does not cover loss, theft, disappearance of glasses, or safety glasses. How do I use this warranty?Bring all parts of the eyewear and your receipt to a Group Health optical shop within the warranty period. Please plan to leave your glasses with us. Additional benefitsTo help maintain your glasses, all plastic, high index and polycarbonate lenses have been given a scratch-resistant coating, free of charge. We also will adjust your glasses free for as long as you own them. |

Group Health Eye Care’s one-year replacement warranty covers eyeglass purchases as of June 8, 2009. Frames and lenses purchased prior to June 8, 2009 are covered under the previous "one-year breakage warranty" or "lenses-only damage discount".
